I was disappointed when the items arrived. Online, they looked like they’d fit my home, but in person the designs felt a lot more dated, almost like something I remember seeing in my grandma’s spare room growing up. The colors also didn’t look quite right compared to the photos. Overall, the style was too busy for me and not the simple, modern look I was hoping for. For the price, I expected better, so I don’t think I’d buy again...

I don’t feel great about ordering from lisarobertson.com again. Part of me wanted to give them another chance because some things looked nice, but the whole experience gave me mixed signals. It’s like one minute it seems fine, and then the next it just feels a little off. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I’m frustrated enough that I’d rather spend my money somewhere that feels more upfront and reliable.

I was really hoping to find some cute home decor pieces, but the selection was disappointing. My order came in and the box was like half crushed already. The item inside didn’t have much protection around it either. Nothing was actually broken, so that’s good, but it just felt kinda rushed and cheap for the price I paid.

The next steps weren’t clear, which made the whole process even more annoying. I ended up giving up after a while.

I sent my return back weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten my refund. I’ve reached out to support a few times, but they just keep giving me vague answers and not really telling me what’s going on. Frustrating, honestly.
